cilclegal.org is the institutional website of the Council. Its purpose is informational: to present the organisation, its areas of work and its leadership, and to publish in open access the studies and documents it produces.

Access to the site is free of charge and requires no registration. Users undertake to use it in accordance with the law, with this notice and in good faith, and not to engage in activities that may damage, overload or disrupt the normal operation of the site.

The Council's publications are released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0): they may be copied, redistributed and adapted, including commercially, provided that authorship and source are credited and changes are indicated.

The site's own texts, its design, the name of the Council and its logo are not covered by that licence and remain reserved. Their use requires prior written permission.

The site links to external resources, including the Zenodo repository where the publications are deposited with their DOI, and the Council's institutional profiles on LinkedIn and X. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies, which are outside the Council's control; the Council is not responsible for their content or availability.
